A really cool, groovy, far out night . . . right on!
The Food Bank of Delaware held its 5th Annual Blue Jean Ball on Saturday October 2 in their warehouse and Strangers were there to keep them rockin' the night away. The theme this year was Peace, Love, End Hunger. Everyone was dressed in their 60's hippy garb and Strangers kept them all dancing with a wide selection of music including songs from Woodstock Era artists like Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, Sly & the Family Stone and Santana to name a few!
The Food Bank of Delaware works in cooperation with a network of community-based nonprofit partner agencies to help local individuals and families in need. It's a great organization staffed by some really dedicated and fun-loving folks.
It was a really cool, groovy, far out kinda night. Everyone had a ball, can you dig it, right on!
