The Sid Miller Dance Band, a twelve piece powerhouse, has enjoyed years of success providing hundreds of clients with high energy performances and tremendous musical excellence. The Sid Miller Dance Band performs the latest dance hits and pays tribute to the standards of the 30's and 40's as well as the classic dance hits from the 50's through today. This mixture of timeless, elegant, and high energy music has created hundreds of memorable parties over the span of 25 years.

For two consecutive years, Sid's band was awarded the highest praise from the national magazine, Modern Bride, when it named Sid Miller Dance Band one of the best party bands in the United States. The members of Sid's band have performed with such legends as Alicia Keyes, The Roots, Jay Z, Sade, John Legend, Herbie Hancock, Aretha Franklin, Patti Labelle, Ringo Starr, Bon Jovi, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Teddy Pendergrass, Chaka Khan, Billy Paul, Boyz II Men, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, The Neville Brothers, The Ojays, The Delphonics, The Stylistics, Kirk Franklin, Grover Washington Jr, Eddie Palmieri, Tito Puente, & Cajunto Libre.  Sid Miller Dance Band has had the honor of performing for the President of the United States, George W. Bush, New York State Senator, Alphonse D'Amato, Vice President Joe Biden and most recently, for the wedding of Tina Fey, head writer and star of Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock.  SMDB has performed at special events and parties from Boston to Florida including  elegant affairs at the Kimmel Center and all of the five star venus in Philadelphia. The band was also selected to perform at the R&B Foundation Awards VIP Party, honoring such greats as Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, Patti Labelle, James Ingram, President of Motown, Berry Gordy, as well as the legendary song writers Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff.
