Another Smooth Wedding at the Bellevue

Last Sunday, we had the honor of performing for Meredith and Stephen's wedding at the Hyatt at the Bellevue.  It was our first exclusively "black tie" event of this year.
My keyboardist and I performed for the wedding ceremony.

I always look forward to performing for the wedding ceremony because the flute was my primary instrument in college.  Prior to playing wedding receptions, I used to perform with my flute and guitar duo doing about 25 wedding ceremonies a year.

The ceremony room as well as the grand ballroom looked beautiful. Of course they would with the exquisite event designer, Brian Kapra, of Evantine Design , doing the decorations.

One of the reasons I always look forward to working at the Bellevue is because of the veteran Maitre'd, Rich. He is wonderful to work with.  Because of the excellent working relationship that we have developed over the years, he and I have a mutual respect for one another which enables us to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of each event that we do together.

Thanks to Philip Gabriel Photography for the great shots!

Check back soon to see what the Sid Miller Dance Band is up to!
