Back2Life 

This high energy, sophisticated 5 piece dance band, with its stylish look and outstanding talent, has taken the Philadelphia private party scene by surprise.  Back2Life's sound is full of passionate harmonies and tight danceable rhythms that appeal to audience's of all ages.  Their repertoire consists of all styles of music, from instrumental jazz and swing to “bring the house down” funk and R&B.  Most notably perhaps is their extensive repertoire of 1980's and other classic rock songs that only a group with this experience can replicate.

Founder Kurt Manderbach has over twenty years of experience as a lead singer and pro bassist. He has played in a nine piece R&B band, casino style top 40 band, done numerous pick up gigs as a singer or bassist, and spent the last twelve years in the Fuzzy Bunny Slippers playing in the best venues and entertaining large crowds. His most recent acoustic projects have a harmony-driven vocal sound that adds a new and exciting flair to his diversity as an entertainer.

Guitarist Mark Ludwig has worked off and on with Kurt since the late 80’s, and spent the last five with him in the Fuzzy Bunny Slippers. His easy going nature and enormous talent adds the musical foundation for the band. He has taught hundreds of students over the years and his ability to play classical guitar as well as jazz, rock, and blues makes him the perfect fit for any situation. He was a member of signed recording artists Solution A.D. and has toured with the band LIVE.

Vocalist Marci Clontz has been singing with Mark and Kurt for over two years in the Fuzzy Bunny Slippers. Her professionalism and energy on stage are an inspiration. She has a degree in music and has been singing and performing since the age of 10. Her heart felt vocals and passion for music are obvious when you see her perform. Back2Life is very fortunate to have a female voice of her quality in the mix.

Now that Back2Life has joined forces with Brandywine Valley Talent, their experience has grown along with the addition of their exceptional keyboardist and dynamic drummer.  Back2Life has quickly become a top Philadelphia wedding band, especially with the brides and grooms that have grown up enoying the hits of the1980s.  This great Philadelphia party band is a favorite for charity gala and corporate events appearing at many high profile venues, from the area's most prestigious private clubs and hotels to the Philadelphia Convention Center and the Wachovia Center's main stage.
